Service Agreement for Mind Tailor AI

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Mind Tailor AI, a DBA of The Best Ingredient, LLC, provides its AI-powered solutions to clients. By using our services, including AI chatbots, voice AI systems, and workflow automation tools, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Mind Tailor AI provides its services through two primary pricing models: usage-based billing and a monthly unlimited plan. The usage-based model allows clients to pay for services based on their actual consumption, while the unlimited plan offers a fixed monthly fee for unrestricted access to specific features.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. This includes adhering to TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements for SMS and voice communications, as well as respecting intellectual property rights when generating content through our AI tools. Misuse of the platform—such as spamming, unauthorized data scraping, or using the tools for illegal activities—will result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Mind Tailor AI’s solutions are designed to enhance customer engagement by automating routine inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing reviews, and streamlining workflows. For example, Conversation AI bots can be configured to operate in suggestive mode (offering response suggestions) or auto-pilot mode (responding automatically), while Voice AI systems can handle inbound calls with features like call routing, after-hours handling, and workflow triggers. Clients can customize these tools to align with their business needs by setting bot personalities, intents, and additional instructions.

All payments for services are processed through HighLevel’s infrastructure. Clients are required to maintain an active subscription and sufficient funds in their agency wallet to cover usage charges or monthly fees. Refunds are not provided except as required by law. Agencies leveraging the Pro Plan can enable rebilling features within their SaaS Configurator to charge clients directly for services like LC Phone/Email systems or Workflow AI premium triggers.

Mind Tailor AI retains ownership of all underlying software and technology used to deliver its services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools within the scope of their subscription but may not reverse-engineer or replicate them without written consent. Any content generated through our AI solutions remains the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise specified.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Shelby County unless otherwise required by law. Mind Tailor AI reserves the right to update this agreement at any time by posting revisions on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
